1 Introduction & Eligibility

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the rt77 website and all related services ("Platform"). By accessing the Platform, creating an account, placing bets, or using any service, you are considered to have accepted all of the terms below.

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You are acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• It is your own responsibility to confirm whether participating in online betting is legal in your country of residence.

2 Account Registration & Security

All information you provide when creating an account at rt77 must be true, accurate, and complete. If false information is provided, the account may be cancelled and deposited funds may be forfeited.

• Each individual may create only one account.
• Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.
• It is your responsibility to keep your password and login details confidential.
• If an unauthorised person accesses your account, notify our support team immediately.
• The account holder is personally responsible for all activity on the account.

3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before processing any withdrawal request, rt77 may carry out an identity verification (Know Your Customer — KYC) process. Any of the following documents may be requested for this purpose:

• National Identity Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving Licence

In addition, further documents may be requested to verify proof of address or ownership of a payment method. Withdrawals may be on hold until the verification process is complete.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

The following payment methods are accepted for transactions at rt77: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other scheduled banks).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 5–30 minutes.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Using a payment method registered in a third party's name is strictly prohibited.

5 Welcome Bonus & Promotional Offers

rt77 offers new players a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. The following conditions apply when claiming this bonus and any promotional offer:

• A wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn: bonus amount × 25.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500; you must wager ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 before withdrawing the bonus.
• Each bonus offer may have its own additional conditions, which will be stated on the offer page.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• rt77 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when placing bets at rt77:

• Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be cancelled.
• Bets placed due to a technical error may be cancelled and the stake will be refunded.
• Bets must be confirmed before a match or event begins — separate rules apply for live betting.
• rt77 reserves the right to cancel any bet where an obvious error in odds or payout is identified.
• Any attempt at match manipulation, match fixing, or gaining an unfair advantage by dishonest means will result in permanent account closure.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rt77 platform:

• Money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to bet or play games.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusive behaviour towards other players.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform.

8 VIP Program

The rt77 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. A weekly cashback benefit applies at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

You can move up to a higher tier by staying regularly active. rt77 reserves the right to cancel or modify VIP benefits. VIP membership is non-transferable.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the rt77 platform — including logos, designs, software, text, graphics, and databases — is the intellectual property of rt77. Using, reproducing, or distributing any of it without explicit written permission is prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability

rt77 accepts no responsibility for the following:

• Loss caused by technical issues, internet disconnection, or third-party service failures.
• Login details being compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• Financial loss resulting from a player's betting decisions.

However, rt77 is committed to ensuring fair play and keeping your data secure through SSL encryption.

11 Account Closure & Suspension

rt77 may close or suspend any account in the following circumstances:

• A proven breach of these Terms.
• Detection of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• The player submits a self-exclusion request.

Users may also request account closure at any time — in that case, any verified balance will be returned.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

Full details of how your personal information is collected, stored, and used are provided in our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform you are also consenting to that policy.

• Your information is not sold to third parties.
• Information may be shared with authorities where required by legal obligation.
